By incorporating victimization surveys and studies on incivility, it enables in-depth analysis of security across multiplelevels. Results are publicly accessible through an online interactive map, promoting transparency and accountability

This cooperative system brings together data from various sources, including law enforcement, the judiciary, civil society organizations, and citizens themselves. It encouragescollaboration between states, regional and international organizations, and civil actors to promote more effective security governance.
